Vice-Chancellor professor Najma Akhtar has appointed professor Eqbal Hussain as the Pro Vice Chancellor (PVC) of the university. The appointment has been made with immediate effect till the expiry of the term of the present Vice Chancellor or till he attains the age of 65 years or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
