My journey with Jamia Millia Islamia has been much more than an academic experience. It was a chapter of life that taught me the value of learning, discipline, friendship, diversity, and staying connected with people who share a common purpose.
Life after graduation brought new challenges and opportunities. Moving into the professional world taught me to adapt, keep learning, work with different people, and take responsibility for my decisions. Looking back, many of these qualities were strengthened during my time at Jamia.
One of the things I value most about being a JMI alumnus is the sense of belonging that continues even after leaving campus. Connecting with fellow alumni, hearing their experiences, and sharing knowledge creates opportunities to learn at every stage of life.
Today, I believe that an alumni community becomes stronger when its members support one another. Whether it is mentoring a student, sharing a career opportunity, helping a newcomer, or simply reconnecting with an old classmate, every small contribution can make a difference.
I look forward to staying connected with the JMI community, contributing wherever I can, and helping create opportunities for the next generation of Jamia alumni.
The campus may be behind us, but the Jamia journey continues.
